The filament tape features a BOPP film backing reinforced with fiber glass yarn to provide excellent impact and cut resistance. Typical applications include the bundling of heavy or sharp objects, such as tubing, rods, and
lumber, and tabbing the end lap of large metal coils. Its specially formulated rubber resin adhesive bonds with high initial adhesion, high shear strength, and excellent, long term adhesion on fiber board and metals.
Tensile strength: 500N/inch, p peel adhesion at 180C is 30N/In. elongation at break : 5% thickness , 150 micron, holding power greater than 72 hours
High Temperature Resistant Tapes
High temperature resistant tape is with polyester film as the basic carrier, and coated with pressure sensitive silicone adhesive. It features like high temperature resistance (220℃), electrical insulation, radiation resistance, solvent resistance etc. This tape is very easy to stick and remove without residue, and very suitable for high temperature stoving varnish and powder coating masking etc.
